Objectives of the Action:

• Proposing a point of view about philosophy of “design oriented smart society” for gifted education
• Training 100 BILSEM teachers in Izmir and Manisa about design thinking model based project management
• Developing a holistic education program that covers society 5.0, entrepreneurship, interdisciplinary study, design thinking model and so forth.
• Creating a web-based tool for distribution of learning objects related to design-thinking model based project management

Expected Results:
Raising gifted individuals that fit with the requirements of Society 5.0

• Gifted students will be able to study in a project based instruction approach that suits their learning needs
• BILSEM teachers will guide their students better while they are studying on a project which solves a commune problem
• BILSEM teachers will benefit from lesson modules and e-learning objects to design their courses
