Our aim; In accordance with Article 10 of the "Personal Data Protection Law" No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, it is to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, legal reasons and your rights.

a) Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data; It will be collected and processed by the Gifted Society 5.0 Project, as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

Your collected personal data; For the purposes of continuing the educational activities at society5forgifteducation.org, ensuring the legal and commercial security of people who have business relations with society5forgifteducation.org, carrying out legal compliance processes, carrying out financial and financial affairs, determining and fulfilling commercial and business strategies; to business partners; It can be transferred to collaborating consultants and contracted organizations, payment systems organizations, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

d) Personal Data Owner's Rights Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Gifted Society 5.0 Project using the methods set out below, the Gifted Society 5.0 Project will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee at the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Society 5.0 Project for Gifted People. In this context, personal data owners;

Learning whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, requesting information about it,

Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage.

If you submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to the Data Controller, info@society5forgifteducation.org , in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles , your request will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the process requires an additional cost, Society 5.0 Project for Gifted People may request the fee at the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

e) Application

In order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, you can personally submit your request, including the necessary information to identify your identity and your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise from your rights specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, with signed documents identifying your identity, through a notary public or through other means specified in Law No. 6698. You can send it via these methods or send the relevant form to info@society5forgifteducation.org.
